Cleopatra: A Life

Stacy Schiff — Cleopatra: A Life

The Pulitzer Prize-winning biographer brings to life the most intriguing woman in the history of the world: Cleopatra, the last queen of Egypt.

Chapters will be delivering my personal audio-book:  Cleopatra – A Life.   It should be in my hands by Wednesday.  I first met Stacy Schiff  when I read A Great Improvisation. France was the midwife at the birth of the U.S. thanks to the political savvy of Dr. Benjamin Franklin.  I’m certain that, in Stacy Schiff’s hands, Cleopatra will be portrayed as the most capable and brilliant strategist of the era.  If only Anthony had listened!!!

Check out the link to Video # 1, which gives a synopsis.  The second video is 31 minutes long  – I didn’t have time to listen.
